These Terms govern your use of the Cappers & Code website, mobile app, Discord community, and membership (the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to them.
Cappers & Code publishes sports-analysis content: model outputs, projected lines, touchdown and prop leans, and commentary. It is an information and entertainment service. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, posted records, confidence scores, and model odds are not promises of future results. You are solely responsible for any wagering decision you make and for any loss that results.
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age for sports wagering where you live if higher, and you must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Do not use the Service where doing so is illegal.
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; sharing the board, screenshots of members-only content, or Discord invites for resale is grounds for termination without refund.
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Founder season passes are a single payment for access through the date shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. See the Refund Policy.
The board, model outputs, artwork, and text are owned by Cappers & Code and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active. Do not scrape, republish, or resell them.
In Discord and elsewhere: no harassment, no touting, no selling picks, no soliciting deposits, no bookmaking. Moderators may remove content and members at their discretion.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cappers & Code disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any wagering loss. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
