We want members who get value from the board. Here is how billing works.
Renews every month on the date you first paid. Cancel any time from Manage billing on the site or in the app. Access continues through the end of the paid period and there is no further charge. Partial months are not refunded.
A single payment for access through the season end date shown at checkout. It is non-refundable once the board has been delivered after purchase, except as required by law.
If you were charged twice, could not access the board for more than 48 hours because of an outage on our side, or paid by mistake within 24 hours and did not use the Service, email mackpittmanwork@gmail.com with the receipt and we will refund it.
Please contact us before disputing a charge. Accounts with an open chargeback lose access until it is resolved.
